Fat % is below average. That amount to run a mile must be wrong? I guess many guys can't run a mile straight, though. Oh, at least I'm above average in the most thought-to-be-significant thing on the list. Need to work out more.. | ||

Not sure how someone could "run" a mile in 12:17. It's fairly easy to walk a mile in less than 10 minutes if you just walk fast. For me, a JV track sprinter, it takes a little more than 8 minutes to run a mile if I'm actually trying hard. And many people aren't fit for that kind of running, they have to sort of "prepare" for it. So I guess that's why.
