I doubt that, we're all nerds, just the really stereotypical ones don't feel like pointing out how out of shape they are. I think of myself as sort of stereotypical, but more like the skinny guys, and I can actually do 3 pullups and 7 chinups (or was in the other way around ? I can do 7 of these which involve the biceps more). So that 1 pullup thing is mostly because of the overweight people. And as for the bench press, I have a colleague who can lift insane weights but all he does is bench pressing. He's actually overweight and has tits because of muscles in his body being not balanced in terms of strength. Yet, he refuses to do cardio instead and continues with the bench pressing, which is insanely dumb, but hey - "penis measuring contests" in front of friends are more important than good looks and health, right ? :D | ||
