They aren't marketing to a younger crowd. They're opening up options for people who don't want to smoke.
Smoking anything is bad for your health and this provides a safer and more delicious means of medicine.... or getting high.

It's not just basically false, it is fundamentally wrong.
The tests the American govt did in the 60s to prove weed could kill you was done on monkeys, and they hooked masks up to their face and suffocated them, killing them from oxygen deprivation.
The only way you can overdose on weed is if you were to inject a rediculous amount of thc intravenously until your veins ruptured, ate enough weed to to make your stomach explode or suffocated from oxygen deprivation smoking it...
The brainwashing that was done to our parents generation and to some extent ours has led a lot of people to think weed is bad, when in fact is a better alternative than alcohol or cigarettes. The human brain even has cannibanoid receptors.
I really don't understand why the government doesnt just legalize it and reap the profits... I'm kinda glad they don't though because they would tax the living shit out of it.
And these drinks look seriously tasty.

I wish these were legal in my state. Nothing sounds better than a Sunday afternoon with some weed juice and Wii Golf.
I haven't had the chance to eat any marijuana-based food yet, i.e. brownies. But, everyone says that eating weed gets you higher than smoking it.

Marijuana is safer than smoking cigarettes and drinking, so learn your facts first and second, weed is fantastic. It's much more chill than getting drunk, you can be functional and still be high. You can't be drunk and functional. Also, marijuana is not physically addictive like cigarettes and alcohol. The drawback to weed is that you could be funding gangs and/or terrorists with your money.

Ever been to Colorado? It's fantastic. They can put pot in *anything*. Chocolates, coffees, candy, cookies, etc etc. I got fucked up on tootsie rolls, and it was awesome.
I'd love a weed soda.

I can't smoke because of my asthma, and it would be a much greater "relaxer" after a hard week of working than alcohol(poor brain cells)

For example, you can walk down the sidewalk of Vegas with an open container. In other places you cannot, etc.

weed is basically legal in california. you have virtually nothing to worry about unless you're growing or selling it. even then, there are many legal protections.
edit: just get a medical card, you can get one in like 20 minutes

You act as if their isn't a percentage of successful workers who are currently high right now. Countries that already have legalization prove that it can work. If only we had these when I was in High school, I would be bringing this in water bottles or Gatorade bottles!! I remember when I mistakenly took a xtc pill during 2nd hour I thought it was a piece of candy i didn't know what it was by 3rd hour I was flirting like crazy and asking for back-rubs from all the girls around me and then I checked my pocket to see if I lost my green horse shoe x pill and what I found was my candy! I was like OMG first time ever taking something like this and I am in school! (XTC bone thugs song fills the air) while looking around at my pupils with my pupils dilated. Ahh I don't know how I got a 3.5 gpa and not even trying .
