haha oh? have they got to the "buy one 1/8th get one 1/8th free" point yet? the punishment for weed possession is actually more lax in a lot of Colorado than in California iirc

I would call that a win-win situation sir.

The THC does in there is actually higher than I expected. Wouldn't mind trying it then giving a solid opinion, but if it's completely cost inefficient then I wouldn't make it a habit of buying it.

Don't know why some people are getting in a huff over this, and others are getting super excited. Up in Canada, you deal with weed daily. Was waiting at the bus stop the other day and a guy started sparking up in a crowd of a dozen people. Nobody said a thing. Me and all my friends use it. And many of their parents and immediate family members. You're almost shunned if you don't get high up here.

That is the strangest thing i have ever heard, wonder if this will be like the new 4loco?

well it will be illegal to purchase by federal law and in any state without a medical marijuana program.
even then it will be restricted to only medical marijuana users
I don't see it getting anywhere near as popular as 4loko, but it is interesting that there is a company that is creating these drinks. I wonder how they'd be taxed o_O

I got caught with under an ounce AND paraphernalia in Colorado last year and got off with 32 hours of community service. No fine, and the charges were dropped

haha this is just awesome, another push in the right direction imo. getting rid of the social taboo and negative connotations one step at a time. i wonder if i'll see international decriminalization of weed in my lifetime... if not my lifetime my children's for sure.
not even going to argue all the people that are misinformed. kills brain cells lol. i dont even...
edit: and isnt thc only fat/ethanol soluble? how did they get it into the water?

i don't know how much you make an hour, but i'd rather just pay the ticket. the whole illegality is so bizarre anyway.

It's not just basically false, it is fundamentally wrong.
The tests the American govt did in the 60s to prove weed could kill you was done on monkeys, and they hooked masks up to their face and suffocated them, killing them from oxygen deprivation.
The only way you can overdose on weed is if you were to inject a rediculous amount of thc intravenously until your veins ruptured, ate enough weed to to make your stomach explode or suffocated from oxygen deprivation smoking it...
The brainwashing that was done to our parents generation and to some extent ours has led a lot of people to think weed is bad, when in fact is a better alternative than alcohol or cigarettes. The human brain even has cannibanoid receptors.
I really don't understand why the government doesnt just legalize it and reap the profits... I'm kinda glad they don't though because they would tax the living shit out of it.
And these drinks look seriously tasty. Absolutely sir! This is all true. Most people don't know that we have THC receptors in our brain. Marijuana is the only drug that our brain naturally has receptors for!(maybe except for DMT?) THC mimics something called anandamide which is a chemical that occurs naturally in our brain. Anandamide and THC are structurally identical except anandamide dissipates very quickly in the body. This is why we don't naturally feel a high. I don't know about some of you guys but I find this incredibly interesting n_n
I do disagree with you with your last comment however. I think the US government needs to not only legalize marijuana, but to grow and distribute it as well. It would generate a huge amount of profit and get our economy out from the shithole that its in. If they did this without taxing the living daylights out of it then it would also lower gangs and crime rates that revolve around marijuana because they would have to compete with the government whom would be safer and (need to be) cheaper to buy from. Of course they would just turn to heroin and cocaine but thats not the point >_< I believe that gangs and all the violence that revolves around marijuana is why so many people have a false sense of what it actually is. But like I was saying before, if the government tapped into the marijuana industry and commercialized it TRUTHFULLY, it would generate a hefty amount of revenue as well as continue to grow and grow over the generations. Furthermore, if they released all the people who are in prison for marijuana possession alone, it would free up an insane amount of space in our prisons and our government wouldnt have to needlessly waste money with building more.
