The Vostok is like 350 euro's and I'd only buy a watch like that if I was really in love with it. Just getting started with watches really, I bought this 60 euro Davis as my first watch 2 years ago and ever since I've just really liked the feel of wearing a watch. + Show Spoiler + So I'm tentatively looking for an upgrade but I'm not making much headway despite kind of knowing what I want. (Black/ dark dial, preferably just time no dates etc , leather strap, not too fat but with a comparatively large dial). Edit: found this, not sure, looks practically identical for more money. + Show Spoiler + ![]()

before i get hyped by whatever brands, i thought id ask first - what would be a good quality watch for jogging, that can gather some distance information by gps and prefferably is also waterproof; and ideally not a brick, something light thanks

Bought a Triwa, it's not what I had previously imagined I wanted, but I'm really digging it.

Maybe some other thread would suit more for that. (sports forum-running?) Though I only have experience with the Garmin Forerunner 305. Bought it in used condition for 50EUR. New ones are quite pricy. I really would recommend it. Could be an overkill for you since it's a little bit larger and it has features you didn't mention like heart pulse rate or displaying the height of the terrain.
