So true. Guys who wear earrings will forever be laughed at by me. They're just trying to look gangsta, but it just kinda looks bad. As for rings, unless you've won the Super Bowl, or you're a pimp, or married (or all three), they just don't look normal. As for my watch:

Even though it's a lower end watch, it still has a cool vintage look and can be quite difficult to find in good condition. So I take pride in owning the original 1986 Timex Iron Man Triathalon model.

I have this, but on a leather strap. I have thin wrists and the bracelet looked too showy. Thankfully the excellent jewelers I got it from gave me the alligator leather strap and clasp free to I have both options if I ever change my mind. I love it and I wouldn't change a single detail.

I can't stand cluttered watches like these two. I want something like a Rolex Explorer I but can't find anything affordable that looks anywhere near as nice. Anyone have any suggestions for something that looks like this?

I bought one of these just for kicks. It actually looks pretty cool; however, the build quality is terrible, refer to the reviews.. It is actually possible to view some of the flaws on the one pictured on the Amazon page. The saying "you get what you pay for" has never been more relevant to me(it was 20$). I think I'll just rotate between my Citizen Eco Drive and Casio Calculator watch from now on.

I also bought a Akribos XXIV Saturnos for a friend. I actually surprised that It hasn't broken yet. My friend had never worn watches before and has said that he gets compliments about it all the time.... I just wish I had bought it for myself instead of him now... Nonetheless, It is a great gift at a the reasonable price of around 60$.
