Cant remember the name of my first one, but it was one of those click adventure games about some prince. Came on 10 floppies. Proper floppy discs as well, not those modern, new fangled devices

My first game was A-10 Tank Killer which came on 2 of the 5 1/2 inch floppy disks. I was too young to understand how the game worked, but it was badass. My Dad would pilot and tell me when to shoot. Mass destruction...bringing families together since 1994 (well my family at least)

I am pretty sure that it was either Super Mario on the Gameboy, or a racing game called "gpega". Googling that reveals that it seems to be actually called "Grand Prix Circuit". I also remember that at that point, i was not very good at that game. For example, i could see no reason to ever use the brakes, since obviously, i was driving a race, and thus i should be fast. Braking makes you slower, so no point in doing that.

Prince of Persia, not the new ones, the first one. Goddamn that thing was hard: 60 minutes to complete the whole frigging 13 levels, insta-death traps everywhere, a shadow clone of you that can kill you but if you kill it you die, oh god the frustration, but good times nonetheless.

the ORIGINAL oregon trail... from like the early 90's. We used to play it in school. Good stuff.. we'd name the characters after ourselves and laugh when we would die of typhoid and stuff..

I also remember getting Pacman and Digdug and distinctly that
Qbasic came with a reference implementation of some gorillas throwing explodable bananas at each other, but that was much later.

The first games I played were oregon trail and some maze math game that they had at school.

I got my first home computer in 6th grade, and that year of my life was dominated by C&C red alert 2, downloading porn off kazaa, and trolling aol chat rooms trying to get pics of girls.
