Ok heres some real tips

-Strength training is the best way to lose weight and burn calories for men OR women AND it will make you strong if your a man and if your a woman you won't gain any muscle.

-Running for long distances is for hamsters or the severely obese. Google HIIT and burn calories all day with 15min of exercise.

-You can't train for cardio (endurance) and strength at the same time because its two types of muscle fibers that interfere. Just lift weights and maybe do some HIIT.

Stretching is BAD. Unless ur a hot chick there is no reason to get super flexible. It actually hurts strength and risks injury. There are a few dynamic stretches and things for people who don't have full mobility but that yoga garbage isn't good for you. Thing like your lower back are for stability not motion. This is especially true before strength training as you lose the elasticity so you can't lift as much weight and risk injury.

*most people need stretching because they sit all day, but once you get to a certain point its bad. Standing at your computer or doing hip mobility stretches a few times a day is important.

-Drink 1 gallon of water per day or more

Actually this is gonna be too hard and take too long. Stronglifts.com has all teh answers u need. I can't really explain everything in detail here or enough.

Humans are made to run long and run far. Yes, we can sprint and do intense bursts of activities, but we really shine when it comes to long distance running. Humans are actually the best long distance runners on the planet, and its healthy for us to stay in shape for distance running.

Unless you're a powerlifter, stretch. Being flexible allows you to actually use your strength for activities other than weights.

Drinking a lot of water is good for you in some ways, but don't get too hung up on getting too much. You can be perfectly healthy and not obsessively drink water. What is the best gauge of how much water you need? Thirst. Trust your body to tell you what it needs.

If you like a girl and want her to be your girlfriend, try asking her out.

Life trick: Ignore most of the quote above. I don't know how else women gain muscle (and strength) except through strength training/weight lifting. The info about stretching sounds like rabid ranting from a gym junkie.

If you ever work in an office alone, always lock the door and put a 5 minute sign up on the front door when you need to pee, the number of times ive had a pee and someone has come in just after you start with the toilet door wide open!!!! They cant actually get to the toilet but still you feel so uncomfortable flushing and walking down afterwards!!!

Could you elaborate a bit? Faith in what? I'll have "faith" in myself I guess, but I' wont poison my mind with some superstitious non-sense.

Faith is a self-developed sensation that life has a meaning beyond consuming, eating and shitting and that the universe is a benevolent place filled with amazing little secrets that will never be solved by the crabby computations of science.

Your statements clearly show you have an aversion to religion. Religion is not faith. It is a travesty designed to take advantage of the human mind's natural longing for faith. Like all corporations it merely sells a well marketed pre-packaged instant product to the spoiled and the clueless.

Atheism is just another religion by the way. With the unpleasant rise of Dawkins and other "science messiahs" it now spoon-feeds its own aggressive answers to the meaning (none) and consequence (nothing) of existence on grounds about as sturdy and provable as any other doctrine.

Sorry for the off-topic rant ^_^

when you are camping, making fire, make a diamond/square out of your 2 thumbs and forefingers, and blow through that as something ignites. it compresses the oxygen and makes the thing burst into flames better

+1

So awkward when I walk out of my bathroom to somebody sitting on the couch in my office waiting. Same for farting. Let one fly and somebody always has to walk in right after. =( Have not figured out any tricks for that one.

I wonder sometimes why people brush their teeth before they have their breakfast like one minute after. Makes no sense.

Dude I had this argument with my girlfriend so many times... Her reason is that you end up eating the bacteria in your mouth if you don't brush before eating. Worst reason ever; I'd rather eat the harmless bacteria in my mouth than have my breakfast taste weird and minty.

If you have bad acne try sleeping with a clean pillow case or a clean towel every night. I tried so many facial cleansers and nothing seemed to work, but within a month of using a clean pillow case my face started clearing up.

The reason you brush your teeth before you eat is actually the bacteria. It is however not because you don't want to EAT the bacteria, but rather because you don't want the bacteria to eat your teeth.
If you wait till after you have had your breakfast, you will have given the bacteria a source of food to work with, and they will have already done some damage. This is because the bacteria have multiplied during the night and is now just waiting for a source of food, if given this source they will start to damage your teeth.
Therefor it is indeed much better to brush your teeth before you eat, because then you kill the bacteria as early as possible, and before it gets a source of food. It has got nothing to do with smell/taste or anything like that.
At least this is how my dentist explained it to me.

This is correct. Bacteria feed on starch and carbohydrates.
And if you are one of those who like to eat/drink coffee/smoke in the morning, try to get used to brushing right when you get up. (while you pee judging by this threat )

On the other hand, it's most important to brush your teeth just before you go to bed (AFTER your last glass of water/soda or late snack). Saliva secretion is worst from 00:00-06:00 and your mouth weakest to fight of bacteria at that time.

BULLSHIT. either you're trolling, or you're retarded, pick which one. Banana's don't give you any protein -_-.

Can't help to agree with your post.
However, bananas do have protein.

Dunno if this is commonly known or not, but growing up in the countryside I used to get a lot of tick bites. These buggers can cause dangerous diseases and will definitely cause infection if you don't remove them properly.

Do not use mechanical force to remove the gits. This will leave their mandible / human-eating bits in the bite, causing nasty painful infections (personal experience)

The commonly known method is using a lighter to burn the buggers off, this works as they retract the bitey bits to run away from the flame, but is a risk if like me you tend to notice too late if you are burning yourself.

The best way my family have dealt with them is to put petroleum jelly (vaseline) on them. It asphyxiates them and they will die, which retracts the bitey bits so about ten minutes after application they can be wiped off, no nasty infection left and no silly self-inflicted burn scars.

The first two parts are wrong, i dont know about the third part

the best way to remove a tick is to pull straight outward with a pair of tweezers, if done properly it will remove the mandible from your skin too. If you twist it, the head will remain in the skin, so dont do that if you can help it.

I believe the lighter trick was popularized by a james bond movie, it is a terrible idea because burning the bug causes it first to vomit into your bloodstream, causing all of the infectious agents to enter much faster in higher quantities, and make it more likely to get infection.

When you make ramen, repeatedly lift the noodles out of the boiling water at about 5~6 second intervals. This makes the noodles nice and chewy.
