I'm assuming it was me, since Obso didn't really post much on here. Anyway, in the original post, it was mentioned that Moore was "making fun of the music that soldiers listened to" when he showed clips of certain soldiers listening to that "Bodies Hit the Floor" song. I'm sorry, but this proves you have no ability to analyze things on a level deeper than the surface. He was trying to point out that those kids in the military don't take their job seriously and turn killing people into a video game. It's sickening and disgusting. That was the point, that you failed to notice.

This one is more damning for Moore than the one Excalibur posted. Nice of you to post it.

Then there’s Conyers. He’s the ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee. Heaven help us if the Democrats retake the House majority, and he becomes Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. The far-left Conyers never met a terrorist he didn’t like. Those surrounding me were literally the "Great Unwashed." They smelled as if they hadn’t taken a shower in weeks, not because they couldn’t afford running water, but because it’s cool to be dirty and nasty in the far-left. Not for any good reason, but just because they can. With their awful stench wafting universal, they want to make the rest of us as miserable and skanky as the Hate-America crowd. Did you even read this article excal? Moore spends much time on Bin Laden family members flying out of the US when the rest of America was grounded, right after 9-11. Showing a clip of Khalil Bin Laden at the airport, a chyron on the screen cleverly reads "days after 9-11." But, how many days? In fact, while some Bin Ladens did get to fly out early, most of the Bin Laden family flew out of America, after the rest of America could already fly. Moore says the FBI was not allowed to interview them, but in fact, the FBI was allowed to interview them and chose not to. That is disturbing, but it’s not what Moore "reported". Making fun, or making fucking points? He's showing that these kids don't have a grasp on the situation often. In Moore’s world, liberal politicians never get made up or hair coiffed for TV appearances. In Moore’s world, Bill Clinton never golfed, never vacationed for months on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard, never had a dog named "Buddy" – all while Slick Willie had the opportunity (several times) to have Osama Bin Laden handed over to him, but declined. And in my world not too many presidents have taken 50% of their time in office on vacation. This paragraph sure made me feel safer about the FBI. That is why it’s important for Bush to remain on good terms with the sleazy country that is the home to public beheadings and 15 of the 19 hijackers. Leftists from Moore’s "Amen" crowd won’t let us drill for oil in Alaska, so we can get away from dependence upon the Saudis. Not a peep about that in F911. Because oil is indeed the only source of energy on Earth.

Also, this whole "calling upon these people to fight blah blah." Yeah, apparently no one realizes that these people signed up to do EXACTLY what they were called for. The military isn't just a place to go for free college, and a pension plan. These people signed up knowing the possibilities of their choice, and then Moore seems to imply the government did it without them having the slightest knowledge it might happen. He speaks as though they were drafted, which they weren't... The entire point of a whole part of his movie was that many people have no choice but to join the army. Did you watch the movie?

"Foxnews: Fair & Balanced. We report, you decide." Listening to Fox's on-site Baghdad reporter is a hoot. Just now he is saying how great it is that Iraq is now officially freed from occupation, liberated, and has a great democratic government. I find their morning hosts entertaining too. Especially the blond chick who makes those funny faces like she ate a sour lemon whenever she says "Clinton", "Democrat", "Liberal", "France". Walking in B&N bookstore yesterday... I do agree W is help ending the recession. They set a special display just for the Bush-the-liar bashing books. At least 9 of them. From Moore, to Press, and a bunch of other ones. Must be doing a brisk business to have a category all to itself.

I think the law is total bullshit, but if it's gonna be there than as long as Bush can't run ads Moore shouldn't be able to advertise his movie (note, don't give me any bullshit about pro Bush movies, I don't do the double standard, so don't ask). Bush is not Hitlertarian, nor is he an idiot. And Bush not being re-elected makes the world less safe.

And the world will be safer bc the simple theory of "LESS WAR = SAFER". Why the world rescuer is not going to Somalia where millions of people are dying ?, or why he don't help to solve the palestinan/Israel situation ? it should be easy to a man who decides to invade countries... I hope he puts his ass out of the white house in the next elections, and it doesn't matter the name of the new president bc he'll be better for the human being. ![]() The book is Farenheit 451 (200 pages, read it !), ... a world where culture and human rights dissapear bc all the books get burned by a hitlerian dictator like Bush...
