It's definitely not a normal aircraft. The contrail is very disperse, and the craft appears to break the sound barrier early in the video. The contrail is very similar to test missiles, which can either be subsonic or supersonic. My guess on it would either be a missile or a new fighter with some experimental propulsion system.

Based on the video, my theory is that it is a failed rocket launch. Instead of going up it went sideways, and the military advised the airport to lockdown. Due to potential embarrasment they did not report it and left people to their imaginations.
