Yes ballistic missles are disk shaped and have beams shining down vertically, if you look at the specific photos the person is talking about you would realize how stupid that claim is in respect to those photos, how what was a missle was the norway event the spiral but that was also a sign of coming dangers you are not even told about 'cosmic dust' cause the effect due to the ions but ask what the cosmic dust is and came from.
