My dad works at Apple, and while I think their products are stupid and overpriced, I also know Apple is one of the best places to work in the tech world. Great pay, great vacation, good hours. I have been to my dads office while he works, ate lunch with him, and I know the Apple campus is pretty laid back and casual.

If Apple employees were being tortured I think I would be seeing people quietly eating their lunch looking over their shoulders every five seconds rather than laughing and chatting it up with coworkers in flip-flops and sandles.

1. Mario galaxy definitely

2. Resident Evil 4, even though it's a Ps2 remake, the motion controls are so well done that it is a completely new experience, and the game was awesome to begin with.

3. Twilight princess, oh wait never mind it's a gamecube remake, and the gamecube version was better!

4. Super Smash Brothers Brawl, oh wait, the single player sucked, the online sucked, and the mechanics were nowhere near as deep as Melee

5. Mario Kart Wii, oh wait, the controls are horrible, the tracks are horrible, the power-ups are annoying as hell, and the dumb slingshot mechanics (wherein the people on the losing side of the race get better power-ups, speed, and agility) fucks up balance.

EDIT: The list is much bigger if you are a 2 year old or soccer mom

Is Activision being something of an asshole here? Yes, particularly surrounding the "not paying them" part. But the hyperbolic rhetoric here is completely unnecessary. And I'm surprised to see such language in what is a formal legal document.
