Hispanic (Spanish: hispano, hispánico) is a term that originally denoted a relationship to the ancient Hispania (geographically coinciding with the Iberian Peninsula).[note 1] During the modern era, it took on a more limited meaning, relating to the contemporary nation of Spain.
Still more recently, primarily in the United States, the term has also (or alternatively) been used to denote the culture and people of countries formerly ruled by Spain, usually with a majority of the population speaking the Spanish language. These include Mexico, the majority of the Central and South American countries, and most of the Greater Antilles.
I guess it could go both ways, but Spain is rather different as far as culture and ethnicity goes from South and Central America, so i don't see why you should group the together.
In any case, i'm basically white because of german descent, but i'm from S.A., so i guess that makes me latino and that's what i voted for.

Yea, It's too difficult to break down all the multiracial combinations. Just vote other if you're a mix or vote your strongest one.

I posted some streams for 1-2 months in the TL IRC channel before finally getting around to registering in early 09. I am such a newbie.

It's like the TL census or something! Pretty cool though to see the demographics of TeamLiquid though, so far its pretty similar to what I was expecting to see.

I doubt it's accurate, though.

15, was 14 when I joined the site last year.

Whoah. I'm the most average person on this forum. Except I'm Asian.

hmm, I would have thought there were more 30+ people, but interesting poll

Europe hasn't woken up yet? So much more Americans than Europeans :O

As of TL time 14:52. Data doesn't surprise me given the age of Starcraft and the maturity of the average TL poster. I guess the surprising part is the minor dip in age 20.

I'll be 19 this year, so I just voted that.
Pretty much come here for everything except the sports/games section.
