My name comes from back when i was learning TESScrip (To mod oblivion). In this one tutorial you had to make a NPC named Vilanus Villa. As i said, i was learning, and not too great at saving correctly so i ended up making this same NPC 3 or 4 separate times, each time butchering his name a little more, until it was Villonis. Shortly thereafter i bought Warhammer online and had no idea what to name my guy. I was going to go with Villonis, but thought it looked better with only one l. After getting to max level and pvping with the best RvR guild in the game, i decided that Vilonis would be my official video game character name.

Oh boy, here we go:

Back when I was 9 years-old or some such, I played neopets. I had to create an Id. My name is Tristan, and since that was taken, I just arbitrarily tacked on a do. Thus, 'tristando' was born. (Shitty, I know.) Anyways, fast-forward a couple months and I get my account frozen. Someone had been calling me Twisthandle to annoy me but it just kinda stuck, so I used it.(If for some reason you're here, I'm talking about you, skulupta) When I turned 13-14ish, I started counterstrike source and I shortened my name to Twist.

Truncating my real name gives me 'Trist', which I do not like at all. That's part of the reason why Twist stuck: It was similar, and cooler. My friend Pak started calling me Twistacles, which I found hilarious and kept.

My name started out as Mr. Snuggles, but until like a year or 2 ago I just stuck with Snuggles.

I think it was in middle school when I started playing the original Guild Wars when I partied up with a hunter with a pet bear named Mr. Snuggles. I thought it was really cute and nice, so I started using it as an ID... for everything lol. So with that it just stuck with me and I've had it since.

I always loved Fire Emblem and when Super Smash Brothers Melee arrived for the gamecube around 2002, I picked Marth as my character and used to play with him until today, so I decided to use this name as my ID when I entered online gaming around 7-8 years ago.

I am not creative at all. I was sitting at my desk thinking of a name for a wow character when a Purina commercial came on the tv. I tried that but it was already taken so I googled pet food companies and used the cooler sounding one that is less known, Nutro!

My ID was created back in my high school days for you guessed it Starcraft 1 and CS and later WoW, but I originally got the idea from a great album called Illmatic! ...however I thought it was creative and would also explain my "state of mind" as I play, which is to crush you with mass hysteria..

PS I also found out its the name of an Irish heavy metal band

I used to play Super Smash Bros. competitively, and I played Snake, so my ID always had something to do with the world 'solid' e.g. Solid Snake. I though just plain old Solid was a little boring so I added in the periods so people would think it was an acronym for something. Since S.O.L.I.D. can't be used in SC2, I just use Solid though.

I am mildly allergic to peanuts, to the point where I prefer not to eat peanuts if I can help it at all, but if accidental ingestion occurs I just get an itchy mouth for a while. That fact and the fact that I'm kind of a small person made my college freshman year roommate give me the nickname Peanut, and it stuck throughout college (I have a sweatshirt with Peanut on the back). When I got into the eSports scene in 2008, I figured that was as good a nick as any, and it's worked out well for me.
