When sounded out it becomes inappropriate. I'm not sure where I got the idea but I remember thinking that I was a real bad-ass...doesn't seem as funny anymore but people don't usually notice anyway so I stick with it.

I used to play RuneScape, and i was absolutly HORRIBLE at playerkilling. Hence, Hi I Cant PK.
Now that i can pk, i go by "Teh PK", but cba to change it on TL

When I first started playing SC back in 2000 my id for everything was savagecat (from the Dr. Dre song Forgot about dre). Then when I started broodwar I wanted something different, so I went by Tenken.1 (from Kenshin - one of the people he fights towards the end is named "Tenken no Soujiro", and I always liked that

).

Now that I'm playing SC2, i wanted to change it up again but I had a really hard time thinking of something. So I decided on one of the magic spells in my fav game of all time, Chrono Trigger.

Met this chick at school in like 9th grade, her name was Kaia. I thought it was the coolest name i'd ever heard. She moved away like 2 weeks in because her dad got some job offer or something, I wasn't very creative when it came to names so when i registered way back then for WoW I just took that and started adding things until it sounded good I guess.

I've just kept the name throughout the years, it's fun listening to people try and pronounce it.

I love General Tso's chicken like anyone who can appreciate flavor. So most of my handles revolved around that. Tsohigh, ThaGeneralTso, and so on.

Then I fell in love with a little game called guilty gears, and one of the cover characters for the game is 'Sol Bad-Guy'.

So I combined my two loves into one fitting nickname

I was 13.

I needed something short and unique for AOL. I thought Genghis Khan was cool. So I took the first part and misspelled it by accident. It wasn't until about 5 years later that I found out I misspelled it but that's ok because now it really is unique.

And then Gehn was in Riven so now everyone thinks I copied off that, but they copied me first. It's ok tho, he was a cool character.

well I had to think of a hotmail account name, and I just couldn`t think of one. My mind wen`t into a complete overdrive for one moment (I remember just having various thought rapidly rush through my head in a euphoric manner) With my before-hand lack of ability to think of anything I came up with slow man running. Because of the process of my thought process being slow, yet I was thinking in a fast state.

I am currently hating sc2 for the uber short account names atm, I can't fit slowmanrunning in so I just abreviated it to Slowman, possibly going to my alternate name I sometimes use 'Waylay' and make my account WaylaySMR or something.

Been using the id on everything ever since, and it`s been open/untaken everywhere I go.

My name is Matthew and I kinda wanted a name that I would have some of the same letters. Also wanted something I could use in every game that wouldn't be taken..

So was messing around with it and took 'math' which is what every calls me and tacked 'aros' on to it become Matharos!

This is super nerdy, but back in high school, Accaris was the name of the main character in a D&D adventure I used to run for my friends. His full name was Accaris of Undertree and he was a halfling thief. (We played old school D&D back when we were obsessed with the Lord of the Rings.)

I used the name again for my character in Baldur's Gate, and then again in Diablo II, so it just stuck as my go-to name for most video games.

Welp i basically played FFXI, so i named myself after my trusty weapon Hagun. Translating that literally into English from Japanese it means "Army Breaker". I was hellishly proud of having that weapon and my chara, i also wanted not to be "Blademage" in Sc2 but i eventually returned to it, this ID tho makes me smile cause its not as generic. ;o

I just finished installing starcraft 1, I believe it was in 2002. I needed to pick a Nickname, and I wanted it to be something with Draqy (If anyone knows what it actually means, I'd love to know), and I thought for around 35 minutes, and my brother suddenly walks in, and is like: Darn, you look blueish, and it occured to me, Bluedraqy!
