Not to burst your bubble, but you have to be aware of how airbrushed and how make-upped she is. That picture isn't a great indication of her looks. That being said, she's decent looking. Not amazing, but not bad. But please note, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. None of these things you guys are arguing over are facts.
(I am biased and hate taylor swift...but I hate country too. So there.)

look, if someone describes someone as "yuck" "not attractive at all" and "wow ugly" then i'm expecting a relatively ugly looking chick when i type "taylor swift" into google images. i'm not expecting a cute blond girl who is maybe less attractive if you take off the makeup and airbrushing
that type of description with those adjectives is quite strong -- it should be pretty clear that she's ugly... which is why it was ridiculous of him to describe her as that

I absolutely didn't like what she looked like in those videos, but in all honesty, she's pretty fucking attractive.

Taylor swift is basically identical to one of my friend's sisters. It's insane. We were at work and there was a magazine on co-worker/friend's desk with her picture on the front. He picks it up and goes "Who does this look like". Instantly I'm like "Your sister".

I hope you guys know shes like 6ft tall and she cant write more than 4 chords in her songs... Having said that im a huge Taylor swift fan i even did a cover of her song, but i dont think shes as hot as people perceive her to be compared to miley or other stars.

I think Taylor Swift is really good looking.
I also think Single Ladies is one of the poorest excuses for music that I've ever heard. I can't even listen to it for more than 20 seconds. And the video makes it even worse.

Obviously people's standards for celebrities are higher than their standards for real life. You happened to choose a pretty good picture, Hot_Bid, but after looking at the first page of Google Images, I would tend to agree that by celebrity standards Taylor Swift is nothing special. "Ugly" is going a bit far, though.
edit: hadn't seen how many other comments there were on the subject or I probably wouldn't have bothered commenting.
