And if nobody of the aforementioned looks on par with the Messi, Xavi, Iniesta generation we don't have to forget that Barcelona is still one of the richest society around, so we can definetly expect them to put the icing on the cake of their roster with some top-quality signing, expecially considering that those 3 champions still have a long way to go (expecially Messi), so they are certainly not on a hurry. Maybe the first think I would start to look for if I was Barca would be someone like Fabregas or Silva, to initially part-time bench and give rest to either Xavi and Iniesta | ||

Remember when Henry was linked to Chelsea for like 75 million (like today's equivalent of Kaka to Man City for 100 million) then he stayed for one more season, got injured and played nowhere near at his best then went to Barcelona for 15. If Cesc keeps improving in 1-2 season's time he can fetch us 50-70 million, I'd be happy with that then we can raid half of Bordeaux's squad. As much as I love him, i wouldnt mind letting him go this season for a fair sum because I trust Wenger knows who to buy and who to replace. If Pro Evolution Soccer master league and football manager are telling the truth, Vela, Wilshere and Walcott should be winning everything by 2013 anyway. It's gonna be a busy summer of spending for the top 4 with Chelski all over 30, United needing a revamped attack, Liverpool.. well, being Liverpool and Arsenal.. well, being Arsenal. | ||

On the other hand, its almost as if RVP isnt even on the team and just makes guest appearences, because he is ALWAYS injured. Arsenal wouldve done so much better in the league with RVP in the squad.... the injury problem really is unacceptable. Also, WTF do arsenal even do with the ball? They aimlessly pass it around near the opponents box and hardly ever do anything with the ball.... arsenals main problem is that everyone can pass, but no one can shoot... so they always pass it to someone else until they lose possession... then comes the counter-attack + goal scored. I don't count RVP as someone that can shoot because he is injuerd too often (not to mention how much he hits the post). Arsenal need a clinical striker like torres,drogba,rooney etc; to put away all the chances they can create. Without a clinical striker and a competent goalkeeper, we will NEVER win anything. | ||
