Javier *chicarito* Hernandez is sick! that mexican has scoring talent right there. So hungry for goal! Man U might just become my fav team over barca if he blows up and gets alot of playing time ![]()

I don't follow Man U much but I remember seeing him score in some game and doing a flip celebration. He hasn't appeared that much for Man U and scoring a goal can't be that bad.

Manucho was shipped off after half a season despite doing well in practice and playing a great African Nations Cup. To be fair, Manucho didn't really fare that well on loan at Hull and I recall that he also had disciplinary problems which could be a factor as to why he was shipped out. Feel free to correct me though, I don't follow united.

If Man C made a good enough bid for Gerrard and/or Torres I can't see Liverpool's owners saying no and then it's mid-table mediocrity for them. Man C will take Liverpool's spot as the 4th "big" team in the EPL. i wonder how liverpool supporters would react if they sold gerrard to mancity

I don't know if he's saving his form for England, but i think selling Gerrard now would be a good move for liverpool

A lot of top end teams are like this too. ManU has many old players that have been on the team for 10+ years but some players they have more worth being sold. They sold Ronaldo for $80 mil to Madrid where hes rotting.... Madrid thought they'd make all the money back by getting far in the champions league - worked out too well for them. Fans will always respect players that are tied to team their entire career but money is money...

Looks at countries like Poland, Romania, turkey, Portugal, Sweden - These countries have mediocre leagues and most players see these teams as stepping stones. These teams try to find young talent and develop the players so they can be sold to top Euro teams. The leagues will rarely progress because all the top players are sold out. Having a mostly mediocre team does not excuse gerrard for playing half assed. Anyways Gerrard is 30ish? No point leaving now.
