i use gist c-type xl booster for more cap efficiency(less boost tho). 10x medium ecm drone + 5x warrior ii as drones because having 10 falcons in drone bay owns.

Yeah hence why those are the 'missioning' shield boosters, but I think I'd rather have a pith for pvp. And I'm not gay enough for 10 medium ecm drones, 5 is enough tyty

Did my first low sec combat site.

Incoming story of nuubery!

Angel Minor Annex: I kill the escalation trigger in first site, get a domination spawn, go for it. I'm getting reaal low on shields, but Im burning to get the domination loot. Somehow I wasn't aligned where I wanted and my Drake went poof (im use to flying nano BC with near perfect nav skills, not shit alt). Alright, so Im down 1 drake, no big deal.

Fly to rens to buy another drake and then head for escalation in EGbinger. Do the site there, as I'm leaving I get caught by a pretty significant gate gamp, doh. Maybe I should put an MWD on my drake (better train the skills, cant even use one lol). DId I mention I'm extremely drunk by this point? Anyways, down another drake, back to rens! I realize if I'm gona be in low sec, I need 2 nanos and mwd and probably zors hyperlink. So I go to bed training up mwd skills.

Ah a new day! I go deep into low sec, in an area ive never been to do the 3 site. Escalates, shit domination spawn loot. Head to the 4th site, getting deep into low sec, kinda scared

Kill the 4th site, SHIT domination loot again, just the gold tag.

Alright, final escalation, null sec! I head on over there, scared that I am going to lose my 3rd drake on 1 site chain. I follow ubers instructions, take out the buildling, HUZZAH, a 1.4b afterburner, and 200m in other mods \o/

Made it back to high sec, courrier the rest of the way. RIP my drakes, but I learned a lot i guess.

Sometimes I think that there is more money in exploration that missioning, so I do I few sites which leaves my drake stuck in null for 3 days and exactly 0 loot to gain from it. I envy people like you who seams to get billions from every site they do.

I think mission blitzing is still the best money. Either low sec with drakes, multiboxing is insane, or just high sec machariel pure rape.

I'm not really doing the sites for the money, more so just because its something new to try. If that last site dropped nothing, then for 5 or so hours of works, I would be down 100m. Either way, its not the best isk, just got lucky there. Its certainly more entertaining then missioning over and over though.

Pufftrees: Man you're lucky. I never get any escalations in my sites. Not to mention decent loot.
Is there anything you have to do to trigger them? I just kill all rats, loot all containers and move to the next site most of the time.

Escalation trigers usually vary depending on the site itself. Sometimes there will be a faction spawn, other times you will have to destroy a structure, which may end up creating a faction spawn as well. You can definitely get more consistant faction drops out of 3/10s and up, however you always run the risk of getting crappy loot.

Radars (and mags if your in lowsec/nullsec/wormholes) are probably the most reliable way to get isk exploring. Hackable ladar sites can be good as well but its not all that profitable unless they drop the nanite skillbooks.

Ok I spent pretty much the whole day doing low-sec exploration, besides a couple hours of pvp, big thanks for VoV and Uber for explaining it all. Had another combat site fully escalate to the end, only got a Gist-C type Boost amp at the end in nullsec though ;( Nanite control book was nice, and of course, a shit load of radar loot.

I wrote a long post detailing my journey today but it's best left in a private forum, so I deleted my post. Excluding my very lucky drop this morning, after a full day of exploration I can say it is comparable to money making missioning. More enjoyable but riskier.

puff you are probably the luckies person in eve ever.
exploration is pretty much the only thing i do now for weeks and except for a 200m pith a-type hardener and an nanite controll book i didnt get any "good" loot.
cant belive how many insane contracts you can snipe AND get so lucky with escalations and loot....
