Very successful roam. Went out with a harb, huginn, drake and two rifters to rescue Karah who was camped 20j into null. Killed a FA cane and noctis in a system with 20 in local on a belt (lololol) then ganked a drake and defeated a cane/harb/pest fleet with the loss of a rifter although the pest got out in structure (I blame Body for this!). We went on the goonswarms home system and killed a myrm on the sun with 100+ goonies in local before heading home where we found a dram willing to fuck with a huginn. That pushed us up above 80%.

This one states it explicitly, which is what I was looking for but could not find in the other guides I looked at. Most of them were like the first one, so I gave up asking google and just asked here. Thanks.

Sounds like a fun roam, I hate missing out on these but I'll have more playtime available soon and get my shit out in Saranen.

Well i'm not as enthusiastic as kwark. The only semi-good fight was with the pest cane harb, but even there we clearly had the advantage, nothing special. The myrm was just a gank, as well. Was really excited for the canes until they were like 20 with more undocking

As i previously said, people are even more dumb, but theres just so many of them >_<

I would have totally gone for the 20 canes until the huginn. The problem is there's always a balance between letting them get up a gang they think has the advantage so you actually get a good fight and letting them blob you with 2 recons/logis for every fleet member and getting stomped. My inclination is generally to give them time for the former and results in the latter, I'm trying to move around more now.

Can you tell us about armored thoraxes? People keep saying they're good but I'm not convinced. I've also been told blackop ships are amazing in lots of situations, so which would you say is the best for us to train to (considering most of us are hurricane/drake/rifter pilots)? Could you also explain the strengths of the primae? I've read that it was given out as a special reward or something, but I can't see what's so special about it...

We're also contemplating a move to nullsec, any suggestions where? I've heard Delve has lots of money, is it hard to take sov?

I think we need to check out our lowsec neighbourhood a bit more. I want to go check out the perma(half the day anyway) gate-camp they have going on the Nonni/Aeunenenenen gate.

Ninja answer:

The Primae was given out as a special ship with the launch of whichever expansion brought ~~Farmville~~ Planetary Interaction into EVE. It has special cargo holds for command centers and PI resources, and has a hull that was unique until the introduction of the Noctis, which shares the same design.
