We point him with a cane followed by two drakes. He tries to get free with ecm drones and almost gets clear by jamming both drakes at the same time with the cane not being there anymore, but for some reason he doesnt warp out in the one second he is not pointed. We clear up the ecm drones and while he is still on 100% shield clearly not going down at all...he turns on selfdestruct...we offer him ransom and he accepts to 250m in advance and 250m when hes in warp.
