Problem solved.
I just found out a problem with that idea. Trial accounts can't contract stuff to the alt, so any ship/skillbooks are stuck on them until they subscribe, which not all newbies want to do at first. It's easily fixed by getting your mentor to give them some ISK, but still.

The hassle of asking your mentor for 10m on your alt account is easily offset by the fact that you no longer have to make 15j to salvage us.

Patch Notes
Missiles had acquired brackets by accident, they have now been removed. The missiles were not very happy about this, but they understand that it could have caused some lag in certain situations. As they are as invested as we are in your enjoyment, they have decided not to object to this decision.

So DiracMonopole was out last night hacking the server to make magic escalations out of thin air so he could loot Machariel BPCs by the hundreds. As usual.
On his way back to Oddelulf, he sees he is getting camped by 2 Lokis at Tabbetzur/Offikatlin gate. He's in a Drake so it's a conceivably dangerous camp. I had just come online from a long work day and started best-speeding my Rifter there. I was in a mood to aggress 2 neutral Lokis on a gate and made my intentions known on TS.
I showed up on one side of the gate and see a Loki there. He jumps immediately, clearly terrified of what an evil pirate Rifter can do to him. DM says "oh I didn't think you were actually coming." Neither did the Lokis.
I jump to the other side of the gate and see 2 neutral Lokis. I immediately CHARGE! at one of them. With the looming threat of an evil pirate Rifter hungrily hunting him down, he panics. He yellow boxes and aggresses me immediately. The other Loki follows suit. Suddenly there are 2 Lokis aggressed on a gate while attempting to camp a Drake. Gee ell with that.
DM jumps through and warps happily off to Oddelulf. Unfortunately, he is a bad mannered individual and forgot to "gf" local so I did it for him.

The Lokis were terribly unhappy with the current situation. Their 'overheat everything on a Rifter' plan didn't work out like they had thought. I warped off temporarily to a customs office to check out the local tax bylaws while my shields recharged.
Then I remembered that I hadn't finished what I said I would - I was going to kill 2 Lokis on a gate with a Rifter. It would be even easier now since I had aggression against both of them. Shields be damned, I warped back to the gate.
Both Lokis were still sitting at 0 on the gate. I picked one at random, orbited at 500, and let loose with savage 150mm AutoCannon I shots. The one that I was dreadfully pummeling panicked once again and started firing and Webbing immediately. The other one rushed to his buddy's side and bumped right into him, allowing me to basically be orbiting both at 500m.
When the second Loki aggressed on me with a web, I realized that my plan might not work and started to deaggress. After my shields got to about 30%, I decided it was time to get out, but I'm not some uncultured heathen like DM.

They chased me 2 systems in where I docked at a random station to get shields back. I never saw them again.

It isn't really a question of courage, it's a question of just how little you care about your 400k isk ship when there is a chance (even small) that the 2 loki's might be absolutely shitfit lol

Remember that I actually flew a armor tanked drake and that I could have killed firebolts dramiel with it!
PS when I will be back I will be flying carriers.

I got a rifter fleet to go after them, but when we got back they were docked.

no, but if you try to see if the stationcamp that was reported is still there by undocking your carrier from the suicide station.
