Ill let someone else write up but we just had a semi-failop tbh, lost a scimi and a harb, needlessly. My loss was the harbinger, dissapointed by it as they lost point on my for 3 sec and i was preallined ofc but didnt warp in time, also with better reactions and e-war drones i could have possible lived. Someone else will prolly say the whole story but it ended up with me in a harb being chased by a malediction, 3 vagas and a cane. :-(

Tonight was fucking shit. My mic broke and fb and cael refused to fc. The result was that we had brand new fcs trying to fc big complicated fleets. Molden Heath is actually pretty dangerous and the result was that when shit hit the fan, as you'd expect, they were wholly inadequate. Normally one of the more experienced FCs would take over in that situation but Cael was a few jumps out scouting and I had no comms so it was a complete mess. The result was that we got fucked by an arazu, rapier, vaga gang that we could have facestomped in seconds if there had been any co-ordination between our ships. We had more firepower, more ships and links but people were not working together and the FC wasn't zoomed out and managing it all.
This isn't the FCs fault, it was a complicated situation, but it was incredibly frustrating for me to see what was happening and understand how to fix it but be unable to communicate it to the fleet while everything went to shit. Some expensive, avoidable losses that really pisses me off when we should have gotten a half dozen t2 kills.
