No it doesn't, it has an office there so you can put a clone there. btw, just saw a machariel and scimitar run a mission 1j away without doing mwd cloak trick, they just jumped blind and warped to their mission. | ||

Seems like if we camp or harass the farmers on Ned we will get a lot of pvp from angry russians. | ||
