Speaking of hydra, I've finally admitted (see this) that I'm a naturally awesome scimitar pilot, and am under trial to join Pod Liberation Authority as a result.
First bigger fight we got in was 5 vs 30 on a station:
Cynabal, Vagabond, armor Ishtar, Drake, and me in a Scimitar.
vs
NC shitblob (total mix of everything from size to range)
Killed 6 ships, sustained no losses. I prevented the Cynabal from dying twice ("uhhh I need repsss"), and the armor Ishtar from dying once. It was funny because he was the FC and got a bit panicky when he was in no real danger (at least from my perspective :D). It was something along the lines of: "I NEED REPS NOW. DEX CAN YOU TANK ME? CAN YOU TANK ME???", with me responding matter of factly: "Yeah, no problem  ". Needless to say these guys are pro, but they don't know much about scimitars!

Kwark got the general gist of it. Instead of knocking health bars down, you do the reverse and bring them up. Aka think of the health bars as moles in the up position and as you see them go down as the enemy whacks on them, you try and bring them back up; ergo: reverse whack a mole!
Amazing analogy is amazing.
Edit: Of course its not like playing whack a mole takes much brain power...but than again we are talking about the general eve player here.

Just want to let you guys know that liquid inc is super efamous on kugu.
I believe I'd mentioned that space-girls Nulli Secunda had a corp called Liquid Inc. in the alliance, and that this might bring The Hatchery from Team Liquid into the fold. Well, apparently Liquid Inc. got tired of being the only ones with testosterone in an estrogen-centric alliance, and decided to GTFO. No word on where they're all going now.
Liquids activity as of late is non-existent, with membership falling. Probably only their inactives and alts left now.

I'm currently freighting anything you need from Jita to Emol/Rens for free (I round all prices up the extra 1k-50k, so, I end up taking like 1mil at most). My freighter is in the noobcorp, so if you ever need a lot of stuff bought and moved, give me a yell.

So... Who wrote that? I'm loling pretty hard, at least it made Liquid look badass. Someone should reply to that. I gotta say the fact that The Hatchery was mentioned is pretty hilarious.

Captainthinker is the guy who posts on kugu. I think he's a goodswarm member judging by his attitude towards IT. But then again a lot of people don't like IT. There have been numerous updaters throught kugu's history all of them gtfoing after a while because they couldn't make a career as professional eve journalists.
That being said kugutsumen used to be a really decent forum where discussions didn't result in troll attempts after 5posts or so. But then the south invaded the north and that included each team sending their PR retard monkeys to kugutsumen and scrapheap so they could spin the web of illusions over battles and whatnot, somehow completely forgetting that you can always look up a kb to see who won the fight(except right after dominion when lag was so bad that 200killmails didn't generate - it probably still is that bad just that nobody is actually dumb enough to engage a 300man gate camp with 500 people anymore because it blackscreens your eve and you die - hey there wildly inappropriateDOT)
While we're onthe subject, there's a really interesting story I'm trying to get details on. Apparently OWN alliance leadership are a bunch of hardcore scammer and I've seen posts about how 10's of billions of alliance money has gone missing over time and that TEST organized some kind of aid floatila to OWN grunts. I haven't found any details on how the isk disapprearance came about and stuff nor how it came to light.

Ok. War started and we located them camping out in null. So we got a 15 man gang up and took it out before being jumped by 6 RR BS. So we lost the fleet. Corp reimbursement was handed out but we insta refitted because we all had spare ships ready. We buy new ships in our own time cause we're awesome.
We headed out into eifer and after a lot of lowsec found ourselves near our original destination. So we went in there and the two WTs ran away. Then a billion Russians showed up and bubbled everything and we all died and I lost another (2nd in 3 days) 1.2b clone. Reimbursement was doled out and we all replaced our clones. Great showing though. Had a beastly fleet by our standards, just not by nullsec standards. As a corp we are more than rich enough to absorb this kind of loss, we're already all refitted and ready.
