Well it seems that this isn't a big secret anymore so I might as well post about what I've been doing the past couple weeks. I started an alt to do factional warfare for the minmatar militia after realizing how good the isk/lp was after the changes in inferno. After learning the ins and outs of the game mechanics related to fw, such as warzone control, system upgrades, occupancy, and so on I started farming the crap out of black rise.
Black Rise is, or atleast was, completely devoid of people since I first remember going there. I was getting anywhere from 200k-400k+ lp a day, and liquidating it at a bit over 4k isk/lp. Thats 800m-1.6b a day, doing something that you really only needed a 10 hour old character to do. I commented about this in the ninja channel, and while there was some initial disbelief, people quickly realized I was right. The idea rapidly kicked off and the next thing I know there are multiple ninja alts, some hatchery alts, and even some complete noobs farming black rise. Thankfully black rise is a decently large enough place that we could all maximize our income from this with little to no issues.
Then everyone else found out. Caldari and amarr militia made a bunch of minnie militia alts to farm lp, and some gallente fw corps outright switched to minnie militia. This ideally shouldn't be as terrible as it was, after all people were just doing it for the lp so as long as caldari had plenty of space in black rise everything should be fine. Unfortunitely people are bad and a significant number of them decided that it would be a great idea to take over caldari controlled systems. This reducd the area to farm lp in and combined with the influx of people farming lp, things got a bit dicey.
The other result of all this was the rapid crash of isk/lp value. The majority of people farming are still doing really bad conversions, however enough people are competing for good conversions that they have crashed them down a decent amount as well. Where I could normally average over 4k isk/lp I can now only get 3.5k-3.7k. Combine this with the current crowding situation and I usually make only around 800mil a day.
That being said there is hope. Despite the value of isk/lp going down to what I assume to be a floor of 2k isk/lp in the future, I can still make 300k lp an hour once I get my skills up a bit more. Yes thats right, worse case senario for me is 600m an hour once I have decent skills. It should only take another month or so for that.

Its so nice that someone is taking an interest in us. We currently live in lonetrek, which is close to pure blind. We used to live in Oddeluf, but another pirate corp, Gunpoint Diplomacy and their allies in ANZAC ACADEMY and Delait forced us out. We are working very closely with our good friends in Mordus Angels. They arent in the tournament, but they are really good, and Gen Eve has been a great help in theorycrafting fits for us, and Undertovv has been amazing in teaching us good tactics to use. Fucking well done boys.
