Watching random bad alliance x against random bad alliance y hasnt produced good/entertaining games before, I dont expect that to change now. Not to mention the same rule about A/B teams that bans hydra/outbreak, doesnt apply to PL/yourvotesdontcountplbbteam is pretty funny. It is simple: Hydra and Outbreak are in the same corp on the test server, PL and Sniggwaffe are not. Hydra dudes seem to be saying: What do you mean? You expect us to do two sets of logistics for two teams? Yes, that is exactly what CCP expects.

As for different treatment for PL & Hydra. I will try to translate a joke form russian. Sorry if i kill it in process, but you will get the point. Guy gets banned from swimming pool. He goes: -Why am i banned? -For pissing in a pool. -But a lot of people doing that. Maybe most. Why not ban them all? -That may be so, but you were the only one pissing from a diving board.

They got 2 teams to the finals. However you look at it, they won, hands down. Just consider the semifinals the actual finals. Tuskers arent entering, since they arent in an alliance.

Disregarding all that stuff about dq's, my original point still stands. Watching random bad alliance x against random bad alliance y hasnt produced good/entertaining games before, I dont expect that to change now. Hydra and Outbreak are established names in eve, they are interesting to the viewers. Maybe even more so with the last years controversy. But what teams are there that I expect to watch now? There is no paisti this year, no hydra/outbreak, no darkside(although ds seems to be with PL this year). Of the big names, only PL remain. Of the new contenders, well there is TL. Who else? That makes a total of two teams :\

CCP is just trying to prevent the blatant collusion and match fixing that went on last year and the easiest way to do that is just ban those who did it last year and hope the message sinks in. Otherwise whats stopping people from buying out all the slots using different alliance names and then only having to worry about the teams picked out of the hat?

I found him again at 0 on a accel gate in a Tornado and he tried to target paint and shoot my harpy but missed. I noticed that he had 1400mm scouts (low sp) and figured that he would probably warp back but warp at 100km so I burned out 100km from the gate towards his align time and surprise surprise he came back at 100km http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=13456100 While fighting him his friends showed up in a zealot and Legion but it was to late and I finished him off after a quick reload. I later lost my trustworthy railpy on my way back to a sensor boosted legion that I probably could have survived if I tried to burn away instead of back to the gate. http://teamliquid.killmail.org/?a=kill_detail&kll_id=13456157 (and I let them pod me)

![]() Basically I sold a toon last week to a guy who apparently paid for it with "bad" money (which btw was the first toon I sold ...yay). Today I log in the game and find my account with a negative wallet (- 2bil to be more accurate) and a nice mail from GM Nova accusing me of doing some really nasty stuff and how he/she helped himself/herself to my wallet. This means that now I have no money, no toon to sell and probably a flag for RMT in CCP's database. I replied to GM Nova explaining the situation and asking either for e refund or the toon back. Both are fine with me. Now I Conclusions? ... none.

That makes a total of two teams :\ No they asked CCP is they could occasionally practice with each other, CCP said yes, then they went and made a new corporation to put everyone in, moved into the same WH, and daily communicated via corp chat and all pooled out of the same towers/resources well its fake test server resources. They only had themselves to blame as it was absolutely mind boggling stupid to push this line after what they did last year. Honestly if they didn't know what they were doing was wrong PL should be kicking themselves even more for losing their AT winning streak. That said, AT has always notoriously been a terrible representation of small gang warfare, this is self admitted by victors, losers, and commentators. Hell outside of Hydra's first place win and second place win the year before, it is almost always dominated by the large alliances for obvious reasons. =( having a hard time motivating myself to play eve when I has dust beta.
