See character they bought and sold, make new character with very very similar name, list on forums for same price they originally bought the character (or close enough), they don’t look at the skills to confirm that it’s the same character, you gain several billion for a toon that has been training for mere hours. It's what we call a "win-win". | ||

And the problem is that since ECCM and implants are a % base increase, theres just no way you can fix the ECM strenght problem. It is really saddening because the bonuses are a thing of beauty. Better just stick to the vindicator. | ||
