Its honestly not the most important skill, and its not without drawbacks. If you pop an exile, and change ships and want to use a bluepill, with bio V you have to wait longer. | ||

Youre reading it incorrectly, because the small cargo containers indicate that the blueprints were in them. If that is the case the kb cant differ between bpo and bpc anymore. Which means they are most likely bpcs, because i doubt that he has 4 scimi bpos... | ||
