Putting one in low sec means you're NEVER LEAVING. I'm not that stupid, trust me. I may get faction fit CNR's killed by legions that scanned me down because I stupidly forgot to change the name of my ship but it's not a common occurrence :p

iirc they ganked 2/3 pirate supercaps in one run. They used a totally non-affiliated carrier as bait and were on standby for like three days straight. The moms tried to gank the carrier and got
roflwtfstomped by the entire cow & buddies capfleet. Pwned?

At the moment I'm talking with some of our guys who gave some great ideas already. We're most likely gonna overhaul our leqdership concept completely since, I agree with most people here, the concept of "any direc helps with everything and therefor whoever is online gets wtfpwnd" is awesome for a small corp but a bad thing since at least half a year.
Seems we're onto some concepts which with we can avoid any of us burning out which sounds rather great. ;D

I don't know whether it takes any crazy concepts, Revo, but not playing 23-7 while you're active MIGHT help. 
I can also say that, personally, a little (or any) warning when you're going to go away for months, and maybe leaving an email address or logging on to msn might make things easier for directors.

So, the remaining TL corp is now at war. Some guy stole some salvage from me and I was bored and decided to make an issue of it. WP wrote them a ludicrous demand for reparations while I simultaneously started proceedings for war. In 12 hours or so it comes into force and the hunting begins.

My sources tell me that tl4 salvage is about to hit a huge market spike and will easily be worth 2 bil a piece on the low range. They should have taken your undeniably fair offer

The 1bil is for their dishonor not really the amount of the ISK stolen. The carrier on the other hand sounds about right.
