Bioware just randomly sent me a key even though I didn't sign up for it or anything, maybe because I have a habit of buying all their games and DLC. I'd tell people to PM me if they want it, but I'm leaving for Providence soon so I dont know if I'd be able to reply in a timely fashion. So, first who grabs it, gets it, I suppose.

there are several sites giving out keys to anyone with an account on their site(just sign up and grab one, no contest or anything), Joystiq, Rock Paper Shotgun, curse.com, think there are a few more just look out for some, Bioware giving everyone the chance to get in on this one.

Well i can say that i am looking forward to this game highly! and i also am starting to be a more active member bother here on TL forums as well as the SWTOR forums so if you wanna check out some things or possibly join in a a guild me and my friends are putting together, find me on SWTOR or PM me on TL and ill set something up to where i can get you in the guild. I can say, I am pumped for this game. It doesn't have to get as big as WoW did (probably better that way), just have enough population to keep the servers full.

If you got the invite email and have been signed up since before 11/11/11, you shouldn't get a beta key. You're already in. Keep checking www.swtor.com/tester for the download link for the client.

^ I think you enter the code using that URL and attach it to your account and then you should be able to DL it. Not 100% on that though.

WoW is killing itself. I strongly disagree with your opinion anyways. I don't personally know anyone that made it to level cap, but we haven't got a clue how the end-game plays out. The thing that really makes it stand out is that it's very immersive, and it gets better if you play with friends.

Honestly though, these discussions come up every time a new MMO comes out. You can't predict if it will be a "WoW-killer" until a couple of months after release, at the very least. From what I've seen, it looks like a real contender though.

DrSerrod- I used the link, and attached the code to my account, but there's still no option to DL or links to anything of the sort accessible through my account management, or the key redemption pages.
