I go 1322242333 on zeus. Basically if your team needs stun, get guinsoo, if the other team has a lot of nukers, get soul booster. If the game is going in your favor and you're doing well, get bot. If there are no supports on your team get wards. Getting Aghanims is fine if the game is going in your favor. I dream of getting Aghanims + Refresher one day, hasn't happened yet. Although I've gone mjonir before.

Who saw the mym vs sk replays. Hanni doesn't know how to use manta with TB to create metamorphesized images, I think you have to right click on a place then use shift + manta. Also I hate radiance on TB. It does nothing but help TB farm faster but TB is a mid game pushing hero not a get radi first to farm faster late late game hero. Loda and Yamateh have been playing pure dps qop lately, getting deso + orchid/guinsoo + bkb. Fear played a brilliant Luna under super laggy conditions.

the game two strategy from MYM was really quite excellent. Pain pit + infernal engage + dream coil allow luna to deal maximum damage during BKB duration.

The thing you have to realize though is that the game itself wasn't really that impressive.
[P] is a better team in almost every given circumstance, so therefore them *almost* winning a push game like that and trying to see what would've given them that extra push to win is pointless.

Even in the thread comments mO says enigma had to go soon so they were gambling to see if they could just hurry up and finish the series.

I no longer think Pit Lord is a faggot hero...but only because of Puck laning and his ability to disable through BKB.

Playing dota is kinda getting back into that stable almost boring state for me. I kind of agree with bandwagon but I hesitate to say that its only the version that makes the game a bit more boring than it was compared to .48b. There's definitely many more heroes seen in competitive play and I guess that's a fair trade for blink dagger insanity by VP.

I also miss having a dominant team, but that's just me and any game, even in sc progaming.

That would be a team I would really like to see. I think the synergy would work well excluding obvious language barriers. I avoided stacking a team of all solo rapers. LoH or Loda would lead... I don't think many people know but LoH is pretty damn smart about dota outside of actual playing [ricing] too. I guess my only base for that judgement is off chat logs but whenever I see him using English and talking about lineups or team fights he really seems to get what to do. Shame he doesn't get to do picks often for R3D.

Btw yamateh overrated as fuck. He is awful....or maybe I should say inconsistent, therefore awful in relative terms.

Yea I agree LOH is probably the best decision maker in Dota. I'd really like to see him captain a team, was he captain at begrip or was pgg?

I don't think Yamateh is awful though, he is definitely bm but he plays probably the best carry in Asia along with Ehome.Snoy, I think it's rather KS not knowing how to pick which leads to them losing.

Yes he has gotten a lot more consistent in the past 6 months or so, and yes KS have played better against stronger teams.

But like you said, they pick like retards and Yamateh only stands out [ I believe ] because he does what any basic solo/carry player should know to do.

Also I'm just biased because he's bm and a long time ago I hosted a game between TEG and KS and I pretty much wanted to stab my fucking eyes out and broil them. Seriously, when I was obsing that game I was like 4 random people who play from vent with me could probably rape TEG or KS today.

My mind usually translates BM faggots into sucking as a reaction.

Any respect I had for KS was lost when they lost a 70+min game with Luna, Cent and TB, yeah they played a farming strategy and lost to a SF. It was a LAN final too. Yeah. They are that bad.

I don't know, yamateh's qop and sf are definitely world class, I'd even say his qop is the best in the world. However KS as a team has problems but they're usually not his fault.

I just got done watching the two games played last night for pdl between h2o (shakens) vs avid. I really like how shakens uses tidehunter, pretty much jungle/roam only early game, his slow is very powerful early game and that plus the critical is good for pre lv6 ganking.

Shakens is fun to watch. Especially since NA has been able to field a team like that for years but took forever to get around to it.[ By that I mean 5 that go together well, not 5 cocky mouthed faggots ... though they just added sunnyv who is indeed a faggot] You can tell they're having fun talking shit in vent while still owning. Props to them they beat some top teams in the past few months.

I don't know I can't think of another player who has better qop, I hate Maelkk's qop because he only farms. Russians all have nice qop but none use her often enough. Loda's isn't bad though he relies mostly on farm also, like all his heroes. The only qop who roams, is aggressive early game and doesn't fall behind on farm is yamateh's.

I find that hard to believe that they only farm, and this is coming from an ignorant standpoint as I don't watch them play. But rather than really try to make opportunities, assuming they are top level they likely farm as a first priority while always keeping an eye out for who to gank / who can die from a combo.

Maelk's qop never leaves his lane, he mind as well not play qop because he completely ruins her. The Russians would always look for an opportunity for a combo, Europeans just don't gank that much. Qop farms 2x as fast as most heroes, there's no need to get a 20min guinsoo or something, she should roam a lot early mid game especially if soloing.

I agree with you about Maelk's QoP.
The Russians have a lock on QoP forever in my book, if only from what they showed us in the .48 era. Just because they don't play it as often doesn't mean they don't have the best QoP players.

I still hate yamateh and KS.
