Here's a good Noel up against Ragna. Once again, fairly old video (~1 month) but it's nice seeing a Noel that isn't all about scrubbing out Drive movements. Skip to 1:15 for the beginning of the match.

He's not that great so far. His 720 is techable, even after the super flash. So is his 360, but it's not as bad as having your super hit but then be completely nullified, haha. He seems to have less tools than Potemkin, like a Potemkin-lite. Would not want to fight a capable Rachel using Tager.

His magnetic shot looks really annoying though :V

Potemkin at least had a double jump, which is one more movement option than Tager seems to have のヮの
Keep in mind that you can get thrown during block/hitstun so being able to tech command grabs and such is a fairly important thing imo.

I'm going to link more Noel videos because Noel is awesome and like 18/24 of the Joybox videos are just Rachel/Ragna vs Rachel/Ragna. If I see another Rachel vs Ragna match I'm going to burst into tears. Also there aren't enough videos of Noel usage without liberal (and bad) Drive usage against good players.

More Ragna vs Noel/Jin. This is the last video in the Joybox series so far. Also take note of the ridiculous lifesteal on Ragna's 214214D. He has to enter Blood Kain(?) first as a kind of install, and during that he loses life pretty rapidly until he uses the super.
