Trying to fight when you haven't eaten all day is just awful. Like, I couldn't think at all, and I was missing the easiest combos in existence (e.g. 5B 5C nothing, 236A didn't come out...). Combined with the pressure of losing a tournament I felt I should've won, I was a complete trainwreck. ![]() I don't want to upload the videos of those matches, now...

Man I noticed how horrible I play BW (or anything really) when I haven't eaten. I guess we all have to learn it the hard way some day.

I usually run to a gas station or something for a gatorade to keep me going once I hit top 8, never had to learn that one the hard way thankfully. Why would you not eat all day though D: Also, this may be early, but who from TL plans on attending Final Round? I'm trying to prepare early so I don't end up too broke to do it like this past evo. would be fun to meet up at least :>

Ever since then I always make sure to at least have a bottle of water/gatorade and take whatever chance I get to at least get a sandwich or something. Also Daemon Bride is fun.

Trumpet, I was organizing the event and had to go out and buy gift cards as soon as I woke up ('cause cash is forbidden as a prize by the university), then went to the event and was organizing tournaments or playing in them almost constantly, since I was like the only guy there with any real experience running tournaments. Then those bastards at Tim Hortons closed at 8 pm so the nearest food was 15 minutes away (30 min round trip). Then BlazBlue started. =/ I've gone without dinner before, but I never realized how much it can affect your thinking. I feel particularly bad 'cause I recorded all the finals and I can't not upload them... <_<. I've never been too good at BlazBlue, but that was just embarassing. v_v 3MC damn. AUFO got Daemon Bride? Nice, looks like fun too. I'd use the liquid satan bird, if we had the game here.

Not even just your mental anguish but your body goes into storage mode and tries to cut down on less important things, your fingers get less circulation etc.

In the future I would say just get some guy you know to run out and get you something to eat/drink if you're super busy running stuff. Pretty sure nobody is gonna be like "man why is Bill such a needy prick."

Gamestop (American video game chain retailer) will send you an automated call--from "Ashley"--informing you when a game is going to arrive at the store if you preorder.
