So if you make contact in the last couple active frames of the 2nd hit, you'll be plus on block. TU has invincible startup and command throws can't hit in invincibility frames? I think... Record a Sagat throw -> walk -> max range TK -> TU while making 2p block (hold db on a 2nd controller if you have to). Then do playback and have Gief try to SPD after TK. edit: in any case, with frame advantage after max range TK (HK TK has more recovery and won't work), you should be able to jump backwards out. Or I'm reading the frame data wrong. | ||

Vegita_x claims hes been practicing the match and Ive got a money match with him tomorrow, so I need that sage wisdom if you hit on the way down it's safe, you either have to jump immediately or tigeruppercut to not get spd'd i'm not going because i can't get a ride, some of my friends from montgomery will be there though (i'm not on the way for them unfortunately) don't let him medium punch too much edit: DO NOT USE ROUNDHOUSE TIGER KNEE. also i think gief is the only character this works on (others it whiffs) but right at the very start of the match you can medium kick tiger knee and it'll either hit or get blocked and be safe... if he knows about it he can guess and do neutral jump up+fierce headbutt and that'll beat it but i dont think your opponent will know about it triple edit: if you want to be extra sure then use EX tiger knee... really though just make sure the tiger knee hits at the closest you can get to max range without whiffing. if you whiff you die. | ||
