hey thre is something i have been meaning to address. I have this issue with hon where the screen will flicker and sometimes have these crazy lines in the graphics making it ugly and hard to see when I have background windows open. This makes it impossible to listen to music, How do I fix this?

Say "my screen is fucked", ask for a pause, and restart your game.

L, no it's a one time thing. I know what causes it and how to fix it.

The way it looks is funny sometimes. When I have firefox open with a few tabs it'll like take the top of each tree and web them to each other which is impossible. but say I just have winamp open or something , i get minor flickering and sometimes I'll see the web type lines off towers or random objects. The funniest one was when I was witch hunter and it made his nose extra long like pinocchio.

I recently have gotten into HoN but I'm still a noob, even after playing quite a few games. I'd love to play games with some TLers if possible, but... Do people mostly prefer DotA? The last couple pages of discussion have been on HoN but the player list is almost entirely DotA.

edit; looks like the player list hasn't been updated in quite a while... found the TL channel on HoN.

You mean the last few hundred pages are about HoN. Most people prefer HoN, the list, i have no idea.

yea most everyone plays HoN now, its essentially the same game with some consolidated heroes, new names, and some other new shit and modifications. The major factor is that dota is in crappy war3 engine and has less UI options. Hon is like 99% superior in every way.
