Best strategy. srsly slow is way better, esp because at the very beginning you only have 1 creep. it allows you to place your creeps spells better (except troll), and it also amplifies the damage they take. and the random damage on his nuke is just retarded. | ||

What do I do if they start focus firing all my creeps down, and how do I counter the enemy counter of using midas on my creeps ;; For Chen, some of the best Chen players in DotA *sometimes* skip Pentinence early for Test of Faith against gank line ups or roaming/offensive jungling line ups due to the dual defense/offense nature of Test. I don't know if HoN's Ophelia works the same way or if HoN play style supports roamers/ganking line ups. Don't disregard the lesser creeps, Mana Burn kills lanes and Purge is nice through out, dunno if there's a Ogre Magi creep or the movespeed Kobold (does wonders in team fights) in HoN. I try to park a Saytr in the forest and abuse the aura for my lane teammates (like 6.27 DotA with Headdress = 4 hp aoe heal heading into the lane). Midas if it's the same as DotA, don't worry about it, if you have forced the opposing team to drop ~2k for an item that they need to sit on for your creeps then you are doing very well. Midas is a risky item at best and a useless gold sink at worst (one that loses games). Helm of Dom is something I worry more about, because having one break out in a team fight unexpectedly can be tower-costing. If pulls work in HoN, find the timings and just work to pull and stack multiple camps for your team. Other than that, use your creeps to control the start of the team fight, adjust them to give your team good team fight positions, etc. And Ryugie's a bitch for making everyone think that he was born on New Year's. | ||

Getting one early to 'fix' the fact that you didn't get penitence is a rather huge blow to both your creeping speed and the damage you can put out in a fight. Additionally, centaurs/minotaurs are different in that minotaurs are fucking small compared to centaurs. 1 point in the nuke is fine for saving people. Rest is complete trash. | ||
