Thanks for the advice Ack. The bad thing about Korean dota players is that they're really picky about heroes and it's extremely difficult to find a good all arounder  I guess that's true in most countries but I feel that the problem is more severe in Korea where the best farmers are treated as the best players so they just play carry every day and the weak players play support but they suck anyway so you have mindless carry players who aren't even that good to begin with and piss poor players who support. lol

Heen, me and ack were talking about it, your team is like how ours was, people who can't play heroes, people who can play some heroes, people who can play heroes that are either banned/first picked and people who get first blooded.
Anyways, just tell your team what to do word for word. Like I would honestly just tell them to watch replays of interesting lane match ups, like LighT's Necro versus a tri-lane, LighT's Beast solo and the timings on his ganking, NS's support against gank heavy line ups, Misery's PotM and his decision making, Babyknight's carries against line ups focused on him. Skill has nothing to do with it; it's all situational awareness and on the spot decision making, something I noticed your team lacks which is why they feel uncomfortable with you not leading or focused on carrying.
I did something similar when I started playing competitive and again when I started pugging on #dotacw.euro on Quakenet. It literally boils down to would I have decided to do the right thing then and there based on my knowledge of the situation.

Hardly, standard rules in tournaments, admins usually let them slide, but they got burned this time. PGG is notorious for BM, getting himself banned from IDEC for it. Pride use to be much stricter on this rule, allowing only captains to all talk.
