Korok is not Kuroky. Kuroky honestly has hit his wall, his game hasn't developed at all and really has no game sense. Demon really was the perfect fit for that team, Fear needs support of the adaptive variety, something Kuroky and Puppey will never provide. Demon more or less can co-captain when Fear needs to focus on carrying, to lead the other 3 players when needed. KKY can't think for himself and Puppey is too damn stubborn or tries to pull some bullshit that makes no sense. I am speaking of situations when the game doesn't go their way.
So no, I don't think KKY and Puppey are upgrades in any form and this is a sidegrade at best and more likely a downgrade than anything else.

How to run 4 outdated heroes and 1 overlooked heroes against a current line up. Pentia isn't a pushover either, not great but not bad either, some ex-Unique players, some ex-IDEC players.

Its funny that S2 made a big deal about Dream where people design heroes, and ALL the heroes there are just blatantly stupid and overpowered. So they have just ignored it and ported awesome DotA heroes.

I wasn't around when 1.09 (or whatever) came out in HoN. In the dozen or so games I've played, striders seem to be ridiculously good on gankers. I was dominating as gauntlet with them and I'm sure they're good on other characters. I'm not sure about chipper though because it might be less effective than ghost marchers for chasing.

Before, it was 1000 cheaper, and took 4 seconds off cooldown for every spell cast on you while it was on cooldown.

in Hon it doesn't block tree ult or valk arrow (it blocks both in dota), however its stats are much stronger. Previous to this versions though, nullstone was insanely imba.
