well ...I WAS WRONG.. Bungie is cutting the price FASTER than i projected. 5 weeks in and we get a price cut because Bungie is "listening to the fans". LOLOL https://www.vg247.com/2018/10/12/destiny-2-forsaken-dlc-bundle/ so will Destiny3 go on sale 2 weeks after it sells for $60 on release day?  | ||

Every player of Destiny 2 who has yet to touch down on the Tangled Shore will need only the Forsaken upgrade. Our hope is that this will eliminate some of the questions that confront a player as they try to join our party. “What about us?” we can hear everyone who has already purchased Forsaken asking. You’re our Vanguard. We appreciate you beginning the hunt on day one. You were there when the first raid finish changed the Dreaming City. You’ve been part of the conversation that has breathed enthusiasm back into the Tower. For you, and only the players like you, we have a collection of veteran’s rewards as an expression of our appreciation for being on the frontlines. Every Guardian who played Forsaken prior to October 16 will receive the following bundle of items. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + The Ships at the end of D2 Vanilla are shown in a Hologram, so they are getting close and with the Leviathan raid I could easily see Bungie have us team up with Calus to fight them. | ||

https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us/product/destiny2-forsaken-legendary-collection i recommend buying that version if you do not own any other parts of Destiny2. if you end up playing it a lot and it turns into your ' #1 game ' so to speak... then consider buying the "Annual Pass" whose content stream begins in December. | ||

Is there a definitely more "fun" or deep class to play (especially solo)? From what I saw it didn't seem to matter that much which one I picked, the gameplay wouldn't exactly change meaningfully. | ||

The price of the bundle i purchased on September 5th has gone from $70 USD to $60 USD. I highly suspect another big discount will occur near American Thanksgiving AKA "Black Friday" sales. So if it is too expensive for you right now and you can wait a few weeks you can probably save a substantial amount of cash. Hunter is what I've been maining since Forsaken came out and I think they are good for add clearing quickly and doing high amounts of burst damage but aren't as survivable as the other two classes and thus much worse in hard content when you're by yourself or with people you aren't in Discord with. | ||

Even if this limitation were true years ago it does not mean the engine can't be improved, evolved, and extended to better facilitate the creation of new content. | ||
