I'd let him go and use that money to bribe another good attack. We have some strong defensemen right now, Markov, Bouillon, Komisarek and Streit who was a nice surprise this year. I never liked Souray nor his playstyle and I don't think the team would suffer too much without him If Higgins wouldn't have got this injury late 2006, I think he would've been the top scorer for the habs this season. He played sloppy when he came back from injury, then picked it up again and finished the season strong. Kovalev needs to stop bitching and actually start to play some hockey. You can tell he is an awesome player, but he played sooo sloppy this year. So here we are, I think the team will change a bit this summer. I'm pretty sure Bonk, Johnson, Ninima, Samsonov, Aebischer, Murray, Downey and maybe (I hope) Souray aren't back next year at least in the official formation so that's some dead weight we're getting rid off. | ||
