 There's a stats screen where it has 1 Articuno candy left, yet the new cost is 3 candies, in which case the starting level would've been 21,5 which is impossible. As to how they faked it, not sure yet, organised effort + Man in the middle, reddit is on the case. | ||

Catch difficulty should scale with CP. Low CP = easy catch. High CP = hard catch. Also I am mostly sure Ultra Balls do not have a higher catch rate than Great Balls. I do not know how I can prove that though. | ||
