Well if we setup a temporary structure of a team it could lead to players learning how an organized team plays and would allow them to think more about their team and how to be a team player.

Eh, the problem is that if a team self destructs they might just want to have a different team make-up. Also it might exclude people who only want to play 1-2 games, and would mean that other people will be sitting out for 3 games (which is half of the night). It's trading off flexibility for consistency, which at the higher level is good, but it's a matter of determining if the NA(+2 eu) community would benefit from this as a whole. My first impression is no, because we usually get 14-ish people at the beginning of the night so we can't do it at the beginning. Then there's the matter of the varying skill level, there's so much to learn that some of the newer players won't be able to juggle teamwork and learning while playing.

It would be cool to have teams, but I would need a model the responds to those problems before I'm sold on its implementation.

Just wanted to add that knowing how to engage is extremely important. What makes olofmeister the best player in the world is how intelligent he is with how/when he chooses to engage his opponents. If you're ever looking to improve, you should definitely watch his POV. The guy is an absolute genius.

You know, despite that particular game losing play, I think I really enjoyed the games last night more than I ever have. I was on the losing side more than I liked but a lot of the games were close and I personally played pretty well.
