First impressions, from single player: seems a bit spammy, similar to C&C. Units move slowly and die quickly, micro is mostly about focus fire. Max zoom distance is good, you can see a lot at a time (though units are already tiny). Unit design is a bit boring, at least on the first race you play in campaign.

I can't claim to know the guy, but it was amusing to me in a sad way to watch him BM people earlier on the first day of the game, especially since he's apparently been playing the game since beta.

If the game is good enough for others to want to play it, people will catch up to him quickly and he'll probably have to move on to a new game to give his lessons.

I thought it was hilarious that the devs chose a guy like him as the community figure to present the game. He spends more time advertising his G2A referral link and begging for donations than actually showcasing the gameplay. What a way to shoot yourself in the foot.

hmm, 50$ is so much. honestly I don't see why people wouldn't want to wait 1 year for a sale or something, since this is more like a minor game without a big multiplayer, so you're not really losing out if you wait a year

MP so far is much more interesting that these first few campaign missions that people are streaming. Even low level players playing MP.

Yeah, I don't like his streaming but he's the only one that's doing this consistently. Meh.

I suppose I'll wait to buy until people decide whether or not it's worth it.
