If it were an actual puzzle it'd be fine, but it's inconsistent as patrol path timings vary with every single try. If you had some kind of recourse if you got caught, it'd be fine. If lines of sight were more obvious (rings, cones, something) it'd be fine. But none of that is the case. | ||

I did play a holy paladin in WOTLK for a bit to try out healing, but that's all. I only have four classes above level 40 i think Hunter is really not the same class that it used to be though, no mana and just complete design philosophy change. It used to be "hey, this guy's gonna get in melee range so smack him with your big axe, here's a big slow that slows them for 50% for 6 seconds or whatever but it has a 5 yard range" and now it's ololol you have huge range and huge mobility and you can throw traps and you can tether people to the ground and you can jump backwards and such, so you no longer need or even have access to any of the melee stuff. It's pretty amazing being able to level like 1-80 and pull 5 things at a time and only having to toggle aspect of the cheetah off when people start throwing instant or short cast ranged stuff at you I think a lot of people like hunter not because it's quite strong atm, but because it's fun to play. I considered rolling a hunter because of a reddit poll asking people to rate how they felt the fun and usefulness of their class was in a raid environment - and hunters gave a huge amount of 4/5 and 5/5 for both, while many classes gave way more 2/5 and 3/5's - hunter was ahead of even those who had FOTM level DPS numbers, and i understand why. It's just satisfying to play, lots of mobility, big numbers on the chimarea, aimed and kill shots - very explicitly useful for a lot of fights. Have not seen survival/BM really since cata, so i guess i'm just in for a surprise at max level @ level 80 i got the first excuse to ever stop moving @~112-150% run speed during combat - Sniper Training :D | ||

I'll bet if you got the best locks in the world playing Affliction, for example, you'd have Affliction numbers much closer to Demo, simply because I know anecdotally that I beat or tie most of those benchmarks on a regular basis and I'm not that good. | ||
