Every character has a "Lvl 3" which needs full HD + 3 meters. However you can go into HD mode which allows most normals to freely cancel into specials/supers for a limited amount of time, as well as canceling regualr supers into "Lvl 3" which now only cost 2 meters + remaining HD bar. edit: Sry I'm not good at explaining stuff if you don't get it. Ugh why do people still play Mai lol. | ||
