I really hope TL can set up EVO streams on featured or under "Other Notable Streams" or something.

Some others I have found on the brackets: Taitsu, Super Santarou Man, Kim1234, Samz82, Misse, Nyanshi, Urelics, Baya, Karipaku, Junnosuke, Sange_tencho, Haregoro, Koukou, Kichijojiken, Iori, Ikego, Inco, Horuto, Reno, A-ru/papatiwawa, Shinba, Brokkeng, Rar-men, Kiyotea, Esuta, Guriko, Oogosyo, Krbysh, Bas, Choboblanka, Mepu, Kikaiji, My duduley, Yuuki Akimoto, Abetaku.
I might have missed a few.

I'm so hype right now =3 MAHVEL BAYBEEEE
Anyway, my head/heart predictions
Kof- Romance or Bala/Romance Mahvel: Fchamp (Because I feel Chris will choke)/Justin Wong (because its not right that he still hasn't won Marvel 3 at EVO, this is unlikely though, sadly) AE: Xian/Ricky Ortiz, mostly because he deserves an EVO championship, or maybe Dieminion. TTT2: Knee/Knee (or Bronson, just coz)
Nothing for the others as I don't really know much to make a good prediction off it
Edit: Outside that, I'd really like to see Marn do well in AE and Marvel. Same goes for Flocker because people hate on Zero players having a good character but not being able to bank as much tournaments as they should have.
Will also root for any good Wesker's <3

Oh man, my body would never be ready enough for a Cosmo vs Siglemic match (though they'd sadly never make it close to finals lol)

I love eSports, but FGC hype >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> all other eSports. The atmosphere is just incomparable, gonna be bolted to my seat all weekend except for a 4 hour break to go see Pacific Rim!

It'll be interesting to see if Infiltration can win EVO again but I doubt it. It's just so easy to be randomed out in these short set matches. I believe in Sako and hope for Haitani.

Where is my Virtua Fighter?

Is Daigo still considered Top 5 in SF4? Sorry I haven't been following the FG scene for a couple of years. Daigo was pretty much what Inspired me to pick up and start playing Street fighter

He looked to be in great shape in the recent Topanga tournament at least, convincingly beating pretty much the whole EG team (Justin/Ricky O/PR Rog at least). I think he can make Evo top 8 at least, maybe even top 4.

HYPED FOR EVO standard for me arcades have been part of my gaming since forever being lucky enough be from the bay area. Having great arcades like Chuck_E_Cheese's on Tully and The Berryessa Fleemarket and still living just a few blocks the Keystone Arcade behind McDonalds on McKee and Jackson where I would spend my new years up all night gaming before I started partying. Lemme just say thanks PACHI you are the best thanks for another evo thread.

I don't think Romance is gonna beat the koreans. Out of stream monster loyalty I'm cheering for Juicebox in KoF, his stream is the best resource for beginners and he puts a ton of work in
I think it's pretty safe to say the big 3 to watch in AE are Infiltration, Daigo, and Xian. I'm personally hoping for Sako, Haitani, Uryo, and SUPERSANTOROUMAN to have strong showings. Humanbomb too!
Marvel.. GCYoshi, free :D

Cosmo and Sig were talking the other day about possibly streaming a money-match between them. Cosmo will also be commentating some Melee most likely, he was actually a pretty good player several years ago with his Zelda actually, owned a lot of good players. Cosmo will have some trouble in his pool though because not only does he not play anymore but he plays Jolteon in like round 3 or something and Jolteon plays Sheik which is Cosmo's worst matchup. Probably will have to play Sheik mirrors vs. him, though I'm hoping Cosmo goes Marth instead for that match.

My body is ready for this Evo hype!!!

Hey guys. Some of you my remember me from last year's thread. I said I was gonna stick around and learn some SC, but I kind of forgot. Anyway, I'm back again this year since I couldn't make it to Evo again. Looking forward to catching all the action and helping to fill some people who don't follow as closely in on things to look out for. It's always a fun and educational experience, even though I'd rather actually be there competing.
Regarding KOF, Bala can't go as he's apparently unable to reenter the US due to overstaying his visa too many times, but there is apparently a sizable Mexican contingency coming through, some of whom are reputedly at or above Bala's level. Looking forward to seeing what they have. Speaking also of Mexico, some of their best Marvel players like Taekua, Pony, and Anabolic have been winning in money matches, and there's apparently going to be a 2v2 money match going down between Pony and Taekua vs.Unknown and RayRay. Probably won't be streamed, but it will be recorded.
