that's what i was thinking too. we have plenty of cap space too, parsons and asik are both young and pretty damn cheap too. would feel pretty bad giving them up.

He's been solid all year and while his shot can be streaky he's also a good defender both on the perimeter and in transition and he's great off the dribble getting put backs and boards.

Basically everything you want in a bench player. Made no sense to me that the Lakers just let him go. Turns out he didn't like Mike Brown much though, I think I already posted about that earlier this year.

Asik is a poor man's Dwight, except he's not likely to break up a locker room or get a coach fired. Parsons is already a good starter on most teams, and has potential to become more.
