The any% final party uses Steiner, Amarant, Freya and Zidane
Now normally I would say back Zidane due to his large screen time but because of how the run works Esports would have to kill himself around 12~15 times during the run which doesn't represent what esports is actually about.
Amarant is only obtained late into disc 2 and only has minimal screen time during disc 3 and is the only party member dead during the necron fight.
Steiner would be a perfect pick I'd argue but because of Freya's role during the Necron fight I would say it is probably the most likely since without Freya the whole run would just fall apart since Necron would require around an hour of farming to do.
Vivi actually has a huge amount of screen time for the first 3 discs and is involved in the red dragon fight which used to be the second hardest fight in Any% until the strategy got reworked but Vivi has 0 screen time during disc 4 so he wouldn't be seen towards the end of the run.
As to if I get Exaclibur 2 it really depends on the damage output of Exalibur 1 on the Deathguise fight since if it isn't hitting for 9999 I can't reliably do the strat the Any% uses (Which funnily enough is pray and hit him 6 times)
Because I only have a PAL version of the game it looks like I'm stuck with Emulating loading times if I want a decent time since the PAL version is HORRIBLE for this game and makes it unplayable for speed runs (SDA ban FMV skips)

Well the final disc is only like, an hour but still. No way to Amarant, he sucks dong.
I'll probably see if Poxnor wants Steiner and if not go for him. I'm not too keen on battling again but we'll see.

We actually have no idea how kind deathguise will be at the marathon but Spike/Puwexil estimate around 3 deathguise wipes which is another half hour. Hopefully there will be no wipes to Necron because the runners aren't insane like Tomato rice and pick up the god damn tower.
Of course the route could radically change again but I think any% is pretty optimized at this stage outside finding a sequence brake which isn't completely useless like puck skip.

Insane WindWaker race as well, about to finish.
Cosmo and Demon9 are seconds from each other after 5h+ of run. Most insane race I've ever seen, they've been passing each other since the very start pretty much.

Last TWW race was kinda dull, without Cosmo to challenge Demon. But another world record.
Super Meat Boy ones from Breakdown are great too, but his connection. 
He needs to do his own marathon to buy a new wifi !

AGDQ will be back at the 4H centre in Chevy Chase, Maryland. There were plans to move it to the Hilton Hotel by Dulles airport but the final decision was made to keep it at the 4H and change venue next year (it's getting too big for the 4H).
On the subject of AGDQ, the schedule has been updated some more. There have been a bunch of drop-outs and new sign-ups so it's a bit different from the last time you saw it.
