For those interested me and Ghost Wheel will be doing a Chain of memories race (Kyhron you better get practicing) when both of us are drunk enough to put up with RNG hell. Both of us should easily beat my WR with all the new routing that has been going on. However we could also spend 3 days looking for blizzard cards in traverse town and calm bounties in Olympus so the race itself isn't going to be close. | ||

20:54 for super meat boy any% and 34:45 for amnesia the dark descent. Both of these were actually done in SRL races which was cool! On the other hand super meat boy is still 3 minutes off Exo's time O.o that run is insanely good. Even sub 20 at the moment seems like a huge task let alone sub 19 minutes. | ||

There are three stages that have mistakes that cost about six seconds each: 3-2, 4-5, and 5-2. I also lose some time to suboptimal movement since I was intentionally playing a bit safe on a few stages ... probably this is most noticeable in 4-13, where I could have saved maybe two seconds by being more aggressive at the end of the stage, but I also lose time in a few other places. Altogether it is probably realistic to expect sub-20 to be humanly possible (but very difficult) with these strategies, but unless someone beats my run I don't plan on pursuing it right now. In the SRL race my computer crashed in 5-1 so I finished 4th. Disappointing in that respect, but I played pretty well otherwise so I'm not too unhappy since the majority of the time I lost was not because I made gameplay mistakes. I have some plans for Nimbus 100% no scrapyard and did some preliminary runs to get a sense of how long it should take and which stages I need to work on, probably it should be between an hour and 1:10:xx pretty soon if I get in some decent attempts and learn a few stages that I still don't have good plans for. | ||

Pokemon Yellow honestly might be the awful game to speedrun in existence--getting a level 6 Nidoran with good stats is hard enough, but the rest of the game just tries to fuck you over and over T.T | ||
